What is the ‘Shake To Win’ on-pack promotion?

Shake To Win is an on-pack consumer promotion, where we are giving away up to $1 Million in Prizes with prizes of up to $1000 to be won instantly!

Who can enter the promotion?

This promotion is only open to Australian residents who are 16 years and over. Entrants under the age of 18 must have parent or legal guardian approval to enter. By accepting the terms and conditions when you submit your entry you are confirming that you have obtained this approval.

In order to enter you need to be able to access the website, www.shaketowin.com.au.

What do I need to purchase?

To participate, purchase any purchase any Dare Iced Coffee (including Dare Cold Brew) 750ml or less, Farmers Union Iced Coffee 750ml or less, Feel Good 600ml or less, Dairy Farmers Classic 750ml or less, Dairy Farmers A2 Goodness 300ml, Big M 750ml or less, Masters 750ml or less, Daily Juice 500ml, Mildura 500ml, Mildura Quencher 500ml, The Juice Brothers 500ml or less, or Vitasoy Whole 330ml

Can I buy a 2L bottle of my favourite Lion Flavoured Milk, Iced Coffee or Juice and enter?

No. Our 2L pack sizes are not eligible for entry into the promo. Only packs from the above participating brands which are 750ml or less.

Where can I purchase participating products?

Participating products are available all over Australia at your local grocery store, convenience outlet, or milk bar.

Can I still enter with a product from a participating brand if it doesn’t have the Shake to Win promotional messaging on pack?

Provided the pack is a participating product (i.e. it is one of the participating products stated above) then you can enter with it regardless of whether it has Shake to Win messaging on pack.

When is the promotional period?

The promotional period commences at 12:01 am AEDT 12/10/20 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 06/12/20.

What if I see a specially marked pack in market before the 12/10/20?

On occasion you may see a bottle in market a day or two before the promotion commences. This is due to logistics of how products leave our warehouse and get into a fridge at your local store. The promotion officially commences on Monday 12th October so you will be able to enter the promotion via the website from this date.

What can I win?

Up to $1,000 Prepaid Mastercard to be sent out via SMS to the mobile number provided at the time of entry. The instant win prize values are $5, $10, $20 and $100.

How many times can I enter?

A maximum of 1 entry per person per day is permitted. Each entrant is eligible to win a maximum of five (5) instant win prizes and maximum of one (1) Daily Draw Prize (excluding SA residents, who are eligible to win more than five (5) instant win prizes and one (1) Daily Draw Prize).

How do I enter?

To enter the Promotion, the entrant must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
  1. purchase any Dare Iced Coffee (including Dare Cold Pressed) 750ml or less, Farmers Union Iced Coffee 750ml or less, Feel Good 600ml or less, Dairy Farmers Classic 750ml or less, Dairy Farmers A2 Goodness 300ml, Big M 750ml or less, Masters 750ml or less, Daily Juice 500ml, Mildura 500ml, Mildura Quencher 500ml, The Juice Brothers 500ml or less, or Vitasoy Whole 330ml (“Participating Products”) from any store within Australia which sells the Participating Products ("Participating Venues");
  2. visit shaketowin.com.au, follow the prompts to the Promotion entry page; and fully complete and submit the online entry form with their personal details as requested, and the last four digits of the barcode number from the Participating Product purchased; and then
  3. play the online game by gently shaking their smart phone or using their mouse on their computer to shake the bottle (as applicable) and watch the liquid fill the screen, to reveal if they have won an instant prize.

Do I need to shake the bottle to enter?

No, all entries should be submitted via the website shaketowin.com.au

How do I know if I have won?

Instant prize winners will be notified on screen upon entry form submission.

Daily Draw winners will be contacted by email within two (2) business days of the relevant Daily Draw.

Daily Draw prize winners will be published at shaketowin.com.au on the Friday following the relevant Daily Draw, between 16/10/20 – 11/12/20.

Why is the website not loading?

If the website doesn't load or some pages don't load, please clear your browser cache, and refresh the page. If the problem still persists, please ensure you have good internet connectivity and try loading on a different device or contact us through the Contact page for further support.

I’m using Internet Explorer on my computer and the content doesn’t load?

Internet Explorer is no longer supported by Microsoft and it doesn't support SVG animations required for this promotion to activate. Please use a different browser to enter.

Why does the promotion website ask for permission to use the accelerometer on my iPhone?

On devices running iOS13+ Apple requires permission to be explicitly granted to use the accelerometer on the device. If you allow this you will be able to activate the ‘shake’ motion of the promotion. If permission isn’t granted to use the accelerometer then the “click” prompt will come up instead.

I didn’t get an option to ‘shake’ on my iPhone?

iOS 12.1 to 12.2 automatically disable access to the motion detection by default. You will see the ‘click’ prompt if you are using these browsers.

I tried to enter and submit my entry and then nothing happened. Am I a winner?

All winners are sent a confirmation email. Please check your email to see if you were a winner. Please contact us through the Contact page for further support.

I submitted but did not get a message. Did my entry go through?

How do we know this isn’t a scam? Is there really $1 Million in prizes up for grabs?

We have a potential total prize pool of up to $1,056,075. It will depend on the number of people who enter and instant win prizes available at the time people enter as to how much of the prize pool is awarded.

There is a daily draw prize of $1,000 per day for the duration of the promotion (56 days).

Daily Draw winners will be contacted by email within two (2) business days of the relevant Daily Draw.

Daily Draw prize winners will be published at www.shaketowin.com.au on the Friday following the relevant Daily Draw, between 16/10/20 – 11/12/20.

A second chance draw will be held for any unclaimed daily draw prizes.

There are then many instant win prizes which are up for grabs throughout the entire promotional period.

I’ve lost my eligible receipt / I didn’t receive a receipt when I made my eligible purchase how can I enter this promotion?

It is your responsibility to request a receipt from a member of staff. You must retain your receipt as proof of purchase.

How will I receive my prize if I win?

*The winner must download the Vault app on their mobile phone and follow the prompts in order to access the Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard. Winner must have a smart phone device in order to receive the prize. If you win a prize and do not have access to a smart phone, please contact us via the Contact Us page.

The Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard will be sent via SMS to the mobile number submitted during entry, with a link to access the prize (i.e. Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard). This will be done within 48 hours of a winner being notified. As per terms below on receiving the SMS they then have 2 months to activate the card. The Promoter takes no responsibility for a winner’s failure to receive the prize where the winner provides an incorrect mobile phone number in their entry form.

How do I activate my Mobile Mastercard from Shake to Win?

  1. You'll receive an SMS from ‘Vault’ with an activation code.
  2. Click the link in the text message and you'll be directed to your device's app store to install the Vault Payments app. (Or if you’ve previously installed the Vault Payments app, click the link and go to step 4.)
  3. Click the option to install and then open the Vault Payments app.
  4. When prompted enter your mobile number and the activation code from the SMS.
  5. Read and accept the Vault Payments Terms & Conditions.
  6. You'll then see your You Play To Win Mobile Mastercard in the app, and you're ready to add it to your device wallet for in-store or online purchases.

How do I add my Mobile Mastercard to my device wallet?

First, enter your activation code to access your Mastercard in the Vault Payments app. Then you can press "Add card to wallet" in the app to add to Apple Pay, Google Pay or Samsung Pay. If your phone is paired with an Apple Watch, you can choose to add your card to the wallet on your phone, the wallet on your watch, or both.

How do I use my Mobile Mastercard for in-store purchases?

Once you've added your card to your Apple Pay, Google Pay or Samsung Pay wallet, you can use your phone to "tap and go" at contactless point of sale terminals (look for the Contactless, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Samsung Pay logo).

How do I use my Mobile Mastercard for online purchases?

Your Shake to Win Mobile Mastercard is a digital Mastercard; you'll just need your card number, expiry date and CVC number. In the Vault Payments app, tap the card once to view your card number and expiry date. Tap twice to see the CVC number.

I’m having trouble activating/using my Mobile Mastercard. Who should I contact?
